Office Manager in Alorton, IL
We're seeking an experienced contract-to-hire Office Manager for a busy office in Caseyville, Illinois. Responsibilities include coordinating processes and activities that support management and employees at various locations. Day to day activities involve timesheet administration, quote generation, job orders, job sheets, personnel maintenance and communication. In addition, this person serves as the primary liaison between management at multiple locations and monitors compliance and reporting efforts of various state and federal requirements Qualified candidates will have previous shop and/or construction related administrative experience including mechanical and heavy equipment knowledge. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills (MS Office) are required to succeed in this position. Experience dealing with highly confidential information is preferred.
